the staff were really helpful they gave clear directions. the room had a big tv and i found tea and coffee supplies. i liked the blackout curtains i slept well.
the hotel is next to kennels i heard dogs barking much of the night. it was hard to sleep i had to get up early. this wasn't great.

The room was clean. The ensuite was good. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful.
There was no hot water in the shower. I think that this is one of the most important things you pay for when renting a room. The hotel failed to provide this.

I found the staff to be very accommodating. the room included convenient access to the m42, a real plus for travel. i appreciated the good breakfast. They cooked eggs to order. the big car park made arrival and departure very smooth.
the digital screen on the radiator lacked instructions, so figuring out how to adjust the temperature took a bit.
